Nebulai Team

Our Story

Nebulai was founded in 2024 by a group of AI practitioners who noticed a significant gap between what AI could theoretically do and what organizations were actually able to implement successfully. We saw too many projects fail not because the technology wasn't ready, but because the foundational work hadn't been done properly.

Our approach emerged from this observation. Rather than promising transformative results, we focus on the practical steps that make AI integration sustainable. We believe that data preparation, thoughtful conversation design, and responsible governance aren't boring prerequisites but the actual work that determines success.

Based in Puchong, Selangor, we serve organizations across Malaysia who want to explore AI without the hype. Our clients appreciate our honest assessments, thorough documentation, and commitment to building solutions they can maintain themselves. We measure success not by how impressive our demos are, but by how well our clients can operate their AI systems after we've completed our work together.

We're selective about the projects we take on, preferring to work with organizations that value sustainable implementation over quick results. This allows us to do our work properly and ensures our clients get genuine value from their investment in AI integration.

What Guides Us

Honesty Over Hype

We speak plainly about capabilities and limitations. Our reputation depends on realistic expectations and sustainable outcomes, not impressive demonstrations that don't translate to production use.

Process Over Promises

Good AI integration requires careful preparation, thoughtful design, and thorough testing. We focus on doing this foundational work properly rather than rushing to impressive but unstable results.

Independence Over Dependence

Our success is measured by how well you can operate without us. We invest heavily in documentation and knowledge transfer because we want you to own and understand the systems we build together.
